My amazing team of groomers is what makes 4 Paws so special. Each of our staff members is highly-skilled, well trained and absolutely love what they do. It is important to me, that all of my staff have the same ethos and life principles that are aligned with myself and my business. Unfortunately the Dog Grooming Industry is not regulated, businesses can come and go with little experience.
Luckily for you and your dogs, my team at 4 Paws Dog Grooming self-impose their own service levels. This means that your expectations can be high and you know that the team will deliver the best service and the best dog grooming in Sandgate and the wider area.

As a smaller, family-run business we know that experience matters! We have over 25 years of collective experience in Dog Grooming and animal care, which sets us apart from many in this industry.

Laura – Owner of 4 Paws
Grooming Specialist and particularly skilled with dogs who are nervous or a little apprehensive.

- Very bubbly, sentimental and driven to deliver the best service to every client.

Johanna (Jo Jo) – 4 Paws Manager and Customer Relations Specialist
- 2 Years experience with us at 4 Paws
- Lives in Sandgate, QLD
- Has a family of 3
- Very generous, kind and motivated
- Jo Jo is our dedicated coordinator and the face of 4 Paws. She never leaves a task unfinished!
Kayla (KK) – Grooming stylist
- 2.5 years experienced with us at 4 Paws
- Lives in Sandgate. Qld
- Graduated her 4 Paw Professional Groomer apprentice in January 2020
- Very kind, gentle and compassionate.
- Known as our naturally gifted grooming artist. KK is a very talented dog groomer and her skills show in her work, every time!
Rhonda (Our breath of fresh air) – Grooming stylist
- Worked at 4 Paws for 2.5 years
- Lives in Samford, Qld
- Graduated her 4 Paw Professional Groomer apprentice in January 2020
- Has a family of 4
- Very easy going, calm and happy
- Rhonda is our de-shedding expert and loves taking the weight out of our doggie client coats. She is an easy-going team player
Vicky (Vicksta) – Grooming Assistant
- Worked at 4 Paws for 3 years
- Lives in North Brisbane, has family of 8
- Graduated her 4 Paws Grooming Assistant apprentice in June 2018
- Extremely humorous, entertaining, very punctual and loyal
- Known as the most efficient, hard working, go getter. Vicksta has more stamina than most teenagers! She is a real favourite at 4 Paws.
The 4 Paws Vision
My vision when I bought 4 paws in 2018 was clear. It was to build a reliable and professional grooming Salon. I insisted on high standards that supported my team and provided the customers with the highest quality of service.
I have worked very hard on creating a work environment that reflects my integral core values and who I am as an individual. As a team we work united together showing one another support and respect. I feel I have now successfully crafted the dream team!
My staff are absolutely amazing! I could not be more proud of the team. The service they provide to their wonderful clients cannot be bettered in the Sandgate and North Brisbane area. Arriving at work is easy when you have created a work culture that is happy, professional and supportive!
Now having successfully created and nurtured my dream team I can focus on delivering to 4Paws customers with the very best care and live my dream every day. Myself and the team look forward to welcoming you to our salon.
